Blood on the Moon
This piece has been sold but we thought you might want to see it. A Handfelted Handbag made in the way of the ancients from wool, combed out into batting then hand worked in water and the different colors of wool are added to create the beautiful designs. All of the leather work is hand stitched. A Linda Mason Designs original, the wolves on on the hunt.

Wolf
This piece is a wonderful work of art. Linda worked hard on this “Felting”. It is a portrait of a gray wolf done all in wool fiber. The wool is carded and carefully felted until the picture emerges from the fiber. This is what fiber art is all about. This piece HAS BEEN SOLD but we thought you would like to see it.

This particular piece speaks of the ancient connection between mankind and nature. For centuries, our ancestors lived harmoniously with the beings of the forest. Light and airy is the design. Bringing images of ancient hunts this handfelted bag stirs the blood. Handmade the in the old ways from wool batting and worked by hand in very hot water the fibers expand and weld together to form the durable material know as felt. Linda has brought this ancient craft to an art form. Painting with the fibers she produces usable, wearable art. This piece has been sold, but she is working yours right now.
